PhD Daniel Peck is a renowned entomologist with a bachelor's degree in zoology and entomology from the University of Wisconsin in Madison, and a doctorate in entomology from Cornell University. He holds certifications as a Board Certified Entomologist with the Entomological Society of America and a Certified Senior Ecologist with the Ecological Society of America.

With over 25 years of experience in insect pest management, Peck joined Vestaron to further his career. Previously, he worked for 3½ years as a Product Development Manager and then as a Biological Program Manager at BioWorks, Inc. in Victor, NY. His research and evelopment efforts there were focused on scientifically validating biologically based products for their efficacy in insect management, disease suppression, and plant nutrition.

Dr. Peck also has prior experience as an independent consultant in the field of turfgrass entomology, as an Assistant Professor at Cornell University in the area of soil insect ecology, and as a Senior Research Fellow at the International Center for Tropical Agriculture in Cali, Colombia, specializing in integrated pest management.
