Melchor is a Molecular Biologist (UNAM, 2004) has a Master in Biochemical Sciences (UNAM, 2005), was Research Professor at TECH Monterrey (2006 - 2014), Director of Biotechnology Tech Monterrey (2010 - 2014), Technical Support Advisor Innovak Global (2014 - 2016), Technical Support Manager Innovak Global (2016 - 2019) and is currently a researcher at the Rhizosphere Center since 2019.
