He holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso, along with diplomas in Fertigation from the University of Concepción and in Drip Irrigation from the University of Talca. He has 10 years of experience in fruit crop production, specializing in irrigation and plant nutrition management. He is currently the Technical Manager at C. Abud & Cía., where he co-leads innovation projects focused on sustainability and climate change adaptation in crops such as cherries and kiwifruit, as well as product validation and the implementation of new agricultural technologies.
