She holds a degree in Agricultural Engineering and a Ph.D. in Natural Resource Sciences from the University of La Frontera, Chile. She has extensive experience in sustainable agriculture, taxonomy and molecular biology studies for the identification and propagation of mycorrhizal fungi species, visualization of propagules in roots and soil, and the development of biofertilizers. She is the co-founder and current General Manager of Myconativa.
