
Dr. Fabricio Cassán
Professor of Plant Physiology and Principal Investigator at the Institute of Agrobiotechnology (INIAB)
He holds a degree in Microbiology and a Ph.D. in Biological Sciences from the National University of Río Cuarto (UNRC), Argentina. He has nearly 30 years of experience studying plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) and their impact on agriculture. He is currently an Associate Professor in Plant Physiology and Principal Investigator at the Institute of Agrobiotechnology (INIAB), part of CONICET. In addition, he leads a research group at UNRC focused on developing biotechnological alternatives for agriculture and is an Honorary Member of the Argentine Chamber of Bioinputs.
